BDA tax amount for 50X 80 plot in Vishweshwarraya layout

Hello all,
I need to pay tax for my 50 X 80 plot in Sir M. Vishweshvarayya layout. For some reason I had missed out paying as I was not getting the tax payment notice after 2016-2017. I had paid Rs. 15,800/- as mine is a 50X80 plot in 2016-2017. After that I did not receive any notice for 2017-2018. Then once in between I had checked and I forgot. Now when I checked it online I can see that final tax to be paid has fine amount also I think. I saw that it is Rs. 27,800/- for the years 3 years(2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021).

I would like to know what is the tax amount per year. Is it around Rs. 7,090/-. Since every year it is getting added I am not able to see what is the exact tax amount. I think they are putting lot of fine for delayed payment. If anyone has information about the same kindly share. That will be helpful so that I know about it before paying.

Tax Amount - 10,100/- per year

Hi late payment penalty is 2% per month, you can calculate accordingly.
