Online Property Tax BDA

Hi All I paid property tax for my plot in the BDA website, but i did not get the online receipt, I registered a complaint on BDA Website, even after 2 months there is no response. The Plot is at Sulikere Village Kengeri Hobli. SO can anyone let me know how do i escalate this issue ?

Better go to BDA office and rectify. Due to Covid pandemic things does not move fast these days and you know they always have some reason to escape.
