BDA site registration

Hi,
I recently purchased a plot thorough e-auction from BDA. I want to know, how much time one will get to register the site after paying 75 % money (apart from 25 % initial amount). Does registration happens immediately after paying 75 % money or does the purchaser have the option to chose a later date (if yes, how much later?)? Greatly appreciate information. Thank you.

it will not happen right away after you pay 25 %+75 % amount .. it will take its own time .. after payment is done and TDS all paid , forms submitted .. they will call to visit the office to collect draft deed and token .. and this might take 1-2 months based on BDA work load ..

FYI: One of my friend won the bid on Aug 12, 2020. He got registered on Nov 15,2020.

Thank you. It gives me sort of timeline. However, my intention was to know whether I can postpone the registration and ask for the later date if possible.

You can Request payment extensions with BDA Commissioner.

Call KumaraPark BDA Main office PRO regarding extending your Registration date, They can direct you in correct direction.

Thank you. I need to postpone registration but not the payment. I may not be able to attend the registration process in person. I did call BDA finance dept, however, they could not provide me answer. Asked me to call registration dept to check with them (after paying75 %).
