BDA site in Bsk 6th Stage 4th B block

Hi,

We are planning to bid for the B block site through e auction. If there is anyone owning a site in this area, could you let us know your views. the sites are situated on a slope, is this ideal for construction? Any input will be very helpful.

i have visited the Layout very recently
not a good place to invest
it is very near to nice Road
No houses have come ( very little compared to other Blocks)
also the approach road is not that good

Any idea Why base price of auction sites in this area is less compared to other blocks?
