I have paid my property tax online and also submited application for online ec, how much time will it takes to generate ec?

Looks like the BDA started taking tax online I can see the option is now enabled.

But shocking is that the tax has been increased by 60% from previous year(J P Nagar 8th phase). This is too much increase for a year. Not sure should we raise this with BDA. How much increased for other areas?

Any comments?

BDA has added a component - "Annual Maintenance fee" in the property tax, starting this year. For 30x40 - 150Rs per month, 40x60 - 250Rs, and so on ...

I logged in to pay property tax but portal is showing previous owner name eventhough i have done kata transfer and paid previous year tax in my name.

I have the same issue, Sir. I sent an email to systemsmanager-bda@ka.gov.in. The asked me to contact the Revenue Officer of respective zone. My site comes in west zone under BDA.

Property ID need to be present for all BDA properties, vacant or not. Please check your previous BDA tax receipts. Following are the contact numbers of revenue officers, which might be useful to you.
