Borewell - Need suggestion

Hi,

I am looking to put borewell for my 30*40 site before construction starts.

Can you please guide me how much it costs ?

Any reliable folks available in bannerghatta road (Arekere / Hulimavu area or any where)

Borewell digging will cost around 1.8 lacs for 1000ft digging, ensure to take permission from cauvery bhavan before stsrting work. Check kannan borewells, they have multiple branches...check borewell depth of nearby properties...if it is more than 1300 ft then it will dry up soon n will be waste of money. Instead put 18k lts sump n tske tanker water

for a 30x40 if you have kaveri water supply there is no need for borewell. its waste of money (min 3lakhs).
i have built 6 units (excluding watchman family) on a 40x60 without borewell near vijayabank layout and for the last 3 years we have not purchased not even a single tanker (not even in summer).
you have a bigger sump may be around 20k liter capacity with 2 partitions, you can capture the rain water in one and other for kaveri water.
when rain water is not available you can use the other partition also for kavari water.
one more problem in arakere area is in summer all borewells dry up.
i have procured water tankers forconstruction and it may cost you from 30 to 40k.
