Always go for primary producers steel as others mix rerolled scrap.

I last purchased in Nov 2019 and it was 45K , When I purchased first lot for footing last year May it was 54.5 K went down to 52K , 51K , 48K and touched lowest in Nov.

Feb 2020 price for Dalmia Cement

This time I purchased 50bags of OPC53 instead of usual 100 for staircase headroom and some projections.
All plastering and red exposed brick work will be done with PPC , So from next time only PPC will buy
