30*40 East facing BDA plot BSK 6th Stage.

Hi,

I’m direct owner of East Facing 30*40 BDA plot in BSK 6th stage 4th H Block. I had bought this plot from a direct allottee to build our dream home. Now things changed so we are thinking to sell it. I would like to know what is the current market rate in this area? Can someone help me with the current running price? Also if anyone from US interested to buy for investment would love to talk as the transaction would be easier.

Any help on the current rate would be greatly appreciated.
