Hi Kirthi -

Not sure of Bhumika Layout....but you have to get past the St. Joseph's college. There is a small Ganesha Temple and a road right beside it. This is about 12-13 kms from bus stand.

Once you get into the small road, its about 1.5 kms.

Unfortunately, I dont have pictures....but its changed a lot for the +ve in last 3 months when I had last visited it.

I am planning to buy a corner site in Nithyanandasagar Layout from the developers. Need info on whether the papers are legal since the banks are not giving loan. I understand that the site can be immediately registered in MUDA office. A quick question to the site owners whether they received the khata also? Pls reply immediately

Hi all,
My site registration is done in kuberananda sagar layout. I had been there to pay the tax. New rule is have to do e- khata. When asked for the documents from ESS AND ESS infra, they told site num 1 to 130 is under litigation. Has anyone faced this?
