Property conversion procedure

Hello

The construction of my home completed recently. I would like to know the procedure for converting the property tax from vacant plot to resident dwelling from BDA. I have ensured the construction is as per the approval plan with no deviation.

[*] Anybody knows any contact from BDA or agents with whom I can get in touch?

[*] What is the usual fee they charge?

If property is in BBMP limits its very easy, you can create a user name and password, keep previous tax paid receipts handy and login. With that you can self declare the changes and pay taxes using your debit/credit cards. Below is the weblink, and self explanatory. Hope it helps.

It is a BDA property. I guess it is different in this case ??

My property comes under the BDA Township limits. It has not been officially covered under BBMP limits.
