Sri Maruthi HBSC Sites

I am interested in purchasing a plot in BSK6 4th Block and visited the place last week-end. Sri Maruthi HBSC is closer to 100Ft road and thought of giving a try there. Is there anyone who can comment on this Layout. What is the prevailing price there? Any comment on MKS Layout/Annapoorneshwari layout which are all BDA Approved?

all these are DC converted layouts and no betterment charges paid, only panchayath katha's. rates will be around Rs.1200/-sft only.

Thanks for the information, How about MKS Layout(BDA Employee's association) in 4th Block. I have read one of the member of the forum suggesting not to purchase any site in this Layout.
