Construction in anjanapura 11th Block Further Extension

Hi Members,

Planning to start construction in anjanapura 11th Block Further Extension.
Any suggestions on this.. should i start now or still i need wait for couple of years.

Hi Raju, we also have a site in Anjanapura 11th Block Further Extension which is a bit close to the lake. We have seen quite a lot of development happening around and my friend has also built a house in the nearby Classic Pleasantville layout and rented it out to a few people. So it would be good to build now.

Is your plot near the lake? We have heard about the NGT rule (2016) which prohibits development within 75 m of a lake or storm drain.

No my plot is near to 80 ft road high tension pole.
There are no much houses over there.
