Too early to comment anything on this project. This proposal is rounding since last 4-5 years including Tolled Road proposed by the earlier Govt to 'No Toll' Road as announced by Present CM Last week.
Since the Outer Ring Road is under BDA's control, not sure about the ability of BDA to fund this project as all the development works of the Newly Formed Kempegowda Layout is not moving as per estimation due to shortage of funds and also BDA recently said, it doesn't have funds of Rs. 150 Crores to expand the Hebbal Fly over to add 2 more stretches to decongest traffic from KR Puram to Bellary Road & Bellary Road to the City line, which is a smaller amount compared to the 1000's of crores required for this Elevated Corridor.
