BDA (Non BBMP)Plan approval cost

Hello Friends,

I bought 30X40 sites near KR puram which is BDA approved(not yet handed over to BBMP). Now am planning for the construction, so need to take plan approval from BDA.

1. If am taking the Plan approval for G+2, what will be the cost approx? Can u tell how much it will be for G+1 ? What are the charges covers in that ?
2. How long the approval is valid ?
3. If i construct only G floor now, can i construct other floor later ? at that time again approval need to take?
4. How can i get information who is BDA supervisor in our area ?
5. If am taking G+2 / G+1 approval, how much car parking i need to shown in plan ?
6. As per govt. rule, what is the maximum time to get the approval ?
7. What are the documents required as per latest policy ?
8. Do i need to upload any document in online based on construction area on 1200Sqft site ?
