rate for fixing doors

We have 15 doors, including 2 main doors.

For fitting lock , bolt and then fixing to frame the rate i'm quoted is 700 - 1000 per door.

Is this reasonable?

The rate for making a normal door is around 750. If we compare this, fitting charge seems to be high.

For fixing door shutter to frame rate will vary based on the door type and locks you choose. In general the basic cost will be
1. Normal flush internal door 25~30mm thck - 1000 -1200/- per door
(one concealed lock with handle, two tower bolts, 3 regular hinges, one floor magnet )
2. Heavy flush internal door 30~35 mm thck - 1200 -1400/- per door
(Heavy concealed lock with handle, two tower bolts, 4 regular hinges, one floor magnet, Edge beading )
3. Main door light 30 ~ 35mm thck - 2000 - 2500/- per door
(concealed lock with handle, additional one lock , two tower bolts, 4 ~ 5 regular hinges, one floor magnet, Edge beading, eye lense )
4. Main door light 35 ~ 40mm thck - 2500 -3000 /- per door
( Heavy concealed lock with handle, additional one lock , two tower bolts, 4 ~ 5 regular hinges, one floor magnet, Edge beading, eye lense )

Price rage given are considering the carpenter as Class -A worker, the rates will vary based on class of workmanship .
