Review my 30x40 Building plan

Hi Pravin

Thanks for your review and catching such an obvious error that I missed judging.
I am attaching the modified plan. The view of my architect is that mezzanine will look real good when you enter the lobby as lobby is double height. The feel of double height will get enhanced due to the lower mezzanine.

Let me know your thoughts and as always thanks again for your time to review this design.

Dear All,

I couldn't download the floor plans in this site. all were showing deleted attachments.
Kindly requesting friends here in this forum to share few south facing 30*40 duplex floor plan(Ground - Rent, G+1 and G+2 duplex), it will help me in getting idea and creating some draft floor plan.

Older attachments in the forum are lost due to certain technical issues as per admin. you can access all the other new attachments.Searching for floor plans in forum may only guide you to certain level, since this forum is all about getting suggestions in construction and real-estate.

Keep digging in the construction sub forum for more information.
