Cauvery Water Connection around Borewell Road,WhiteField

Hi,

I'm planing to take Cauvery Water for my 30*40 Building(3 Stores) which is located in Borewell Road,WhiteField,Bangalore.
Could someone please share any contacts who can help us with the process for this area.
Currently i have one contact, but the provided quote for the connection is high, so thinking of taking second opinion on quote.
