Hi All,
I am planning to buy a plot at KNS Ojas near Sulikere village. Price is 3000/square ft. I want to know whether KNS is a reliable developer because we have to give them 1 lakh booking amount upright before I can get hold of legal documents. I thought it is unfair as there are chances of legal documents not being proper and I have to run the risk of losing my booking amount. Can someone, especially KNS customers throw some light on this.
