Going Rate for Resale Apartments in Koramangala?

Hi Group

What is the current rate for a resale flat in Koramangala 6th Block, on 80 Feet Road, close to Sony World Junction?

The flat is located in a 12 apartment complex (no frills like pool, gym etc.,) 5 years old with all wood work done and very well maintained. Fethcing a good rental value currently.
