hi experts,
need your inputs, around 2016 NGT ordered 75meter(~250 feet) buffer zone around the lakes, I have seen one property in BDA approved layout, is this property as it is right next to the lake at 30 feet distance. BDA approved this layout in early 2004
Since BDA approved it, would construction plan be approved easily or since it is less than 250 feet(as per NGT) construction plan would not be approved?
please advise, thanks

1- That you should go and fight in supreme court for the new building plan approval which are violating NGT.
2- Since already built and approved plans there is no problem with NGT order- They already built and stayed if any problem they might demolish in future.
