Dear members,
Thanks a lot for your responses. They mean a lot to me specially during such difficult situation.
Well, the contractor completed the moulding of ground floor on 16th of December. It was a site mixing.
Since then the contractor is again not to be seen. We had asked him to do the curing work and every day he is doing that. Centering is still present.
Will wait for him for a day or 2 then will call him myself. I will keep the fellow members posted on the proceedings.
Thanks again for your views. It has helped me a lot and will surely continue to help.
Few pics of moulding day attached.

Re: Contractor negligence and he wants to back out now
Hi stars,
If you need to exit from contractor i suggest its better you do it now, contractor will be most happiest person to finish the structure( slabs, columns, wall ) and then exit because all the issues (Mistakes in construction) you would be realizing is only during finishes. Finishes like plastering, laying tiles etc will be so painful job with some many errors in structures . Contractor will always project structure cost is more than finishes but its always other way.
