At present there is a huge potential ( investment wise as well as for residential purpose ) for sites along Kanakapura road ( south Bengaluru ).Road widening and Metro works are in full swing. Commercial development is happening at a rapid pace and it is connected to nice road as well . the stretch from Konankunte cross up to nice road can be an ideal location.
