Can someone tell me this is a good price if not point me to the right fabricator price and job wise.

Supplying and executing the ACP and structure glazing work in heavy gauge Jindal aluminium section and double bond tape and silicon sealant finishing, 0.25 (4mm) Eurobond ACP sheet, 5mm 1 way St. Gobain ocean blue glass, glass material, fixing, transport at our own risk.

Normal ACP
50’x22’ = 1100 Sq.Ft. @ 250.00 2,75,000.00

Glazing ACP Top Floor
15’x24’ = 360 Sq.Ft. @ 250.00 90,000.00

Wooden finish
82’ x 4’ = 328 Sq.Ft. @ 350.00 1,14,800.00

12mm toughen glass
8’ x 20’ = 2 Nos. 320 Sq.Ft. @ 300.00 96,000.00


Total 5,75,800.00

Terms & Conditions:

1. The rate includes material, labour and transportation.
2. 50% advance should be released against the materials.
3. 30% after the frame work.
4. 20% after completion of work.
5. Electricity and scaffolding supplied by the client.
6. MS frame should be supplied by the client for pergola work.
