Hello All,

I have attached a document in which i have tried to come up with a format to request quote from labour Contractors. I am a novice in construction and so have collected information from different sources including this forum and come up with this format.

In the doc, the YELLOW sections are what i will ask the contractors to fill up. The BLUE sections need to be still filled up / finalized by me.

This is just a draft and so any feedback / inputs criticisms are all welcome.
