Nobel residency 1st cross, on which plot no 45 and 46 is there, is situated on Sy No 50/2 Yellenahalli... this entire line ( 1st scross) seems to be disputed. case details are as follow.

OS No 464/2004 , Parties involved are Marry Pushpa . its a partition case and there are chances that it will in favor of petitioner.

Does any one of you have update on the Tejaswini Nagar Phase 1 legal dispute. I have seen a plot but saw here that the landowner's son has filed a case claiming he was minor when land was sold.

Just saw the case and it started in 2004 and still case is not closed.Oh my god 13 yrs completed.
