Cost of construction

I have a 600 sqft property in smv layout A Khata. Planing to construct G+2.
G : car park and a small bhk
1 and 2nd floor: 3BHK duplex

I would like to know what is the current construction cost post GST? Please mention the price inclusive of everything.

By your specs your built up area will be approx 1700-1800 sq feet.

I can complete your house in 32.5 lakhs including interiors except (borewell/Temp meter/plan approvals/government formalities) will be your responsibility.

Brick/block construction as per your preference. Birla super cement, Prime gold steel, M sand for blockwork/RCC river sand for plastering, main door/pooja will be teak, rest Honne/RedSal/White sal
Either UPVC windows or wooden windows as per your preference.
