I am looking 30*40 plot in vishweshwaraiah layout 5th and 6th block for own construction.
please let me know if any one is planning to Sell .

Hi Ravikumar,

What is your opinion about 1st, 2nd & 3rd blocks in SMV Lyt, as compared to 5th and 6th block.
Would be curious to know if you have done some ground research.

SMV 1st & 2nd blocks are more closer to Mysore Road. These are preferred, in case your daily commuting is to Global Village or to the Industries on Mysore road. 3rd & 5th Block are towards Ambedkar College.

1st block near to the ORR is already developed. 2nd block is attached to the NICE road and needs at least another 3-4 years to see considerable development. 3rd, 5th & 9th blocks are all reasonably developed.

i agree with me you , but i am looking for bit less expensive and more open Area and PARK area on MAP
