I have still long way to go. Status of my house construction is in ground floor. Mine is G+3. All internal staircase.
May be i need windows in next year. Because they fit the windows in the last. ie after the paint.
I am going with Teak wood color.

On similar lines I am looking to install some ground floor doors with good quality RCC door frames due to termite risk. I have seen very good quality & finish rcc door frames in other states where one hardly can know the difference between wood & rcc door frames unless touched.
I am looking for such good quality RCC door frames in Bangalore. Please share if you know who might be selling these. Thanks.
Today I got to know that there is another material called FRP (more info below) which is solid material very similar to wood apparently and can hold wooden doors as well. Few shops selling these FRP door frames too. If any of you have further info or feedback on this please share.
