He stays in Yelahanka and takes care around Hebbal, Sahakar Nagar, Nagawara, HBR Layout.
He charges on SQFT based , Rs. 2000-2200 Per chadra (10 X 10 SQFT), there is no limit on Electrical Points and requirements under Roof.

Additional charges will be for underground digging from Electric Pole depending on distance (Rs 2000 - 5000).

Hi SVK,

Good that you haven't continued with him, He is so arrogant and we have to work as per his timings. I usually inform him 3-4 days well in advance but didn't turned and will come as per his timings.

Workwise we don't have any complain, his team will do as per the drawings and so far don't have any concerns.

He always busy, might be more Contracts seems to be gone to his head . I didn't liked his attitude. Anyhow we have to complete our Work so adjusting as per his timings.

Oh thanks for the info guys, I had a chat with him yesterday and asked for prices and stuff. He refused to tell me anything unless I meet him so I thought i'll take a second opinion.

Did you guys use same electrical guy for getting a bescom connxtion and later for work? I'm just beginning construction so electrical work is far down the line.

Hi,

Sharma - I suggest you please look out other Electrician who is nearby to your Place.

Yes, We used him for the Temporary Electrical connection as well. BESCOM guys needs one agent to do all the paperwork.
You can't get Connection directly unless you are with some electrician (Might be some adjustments).
Every 28 days this electricians take the reading and make the payment to Bescom (Need to give 400/- per month additional to bill)

Please take care of below requirements
1) KW requirement - Usually they suggest 4KW to 5KW (Go for max 4KW - Each KW costs 3400/-)
2) Ensure you should go with electrician for Materials purchase for Temporary meter connection (Else you get the list of materials), they will fool you.
3) Temporary shed should be constructed before Electrical connection to be given (Check if shed can be done near to the Borewell/construction area which will save you Cable & Connection wire)
