Hello Everyone,

We own a plot in vishveshwariah layout 2nd block, so request the layout map so that we can get to know about the proposed parks and other amenities.
Also want to know the current market price of plots which are after Nice Road.

Hi Sriharsha,
Its been almost a year you asked this qstn. Though I dont have access to the correct layout map, I tried to get it from the internet. The area between NICE road (Hwy 48) and 100ft road in the picture is SMV 2nd Block, I believe. Look for Basavanna Temple and basavanna devastana.
SMV 4th block and 2nd block are separated by Dhananayakanahalli Road while 2nd block and 1st block are separated by 100ft road.
I am planning to buy one in this area (SMV layout 1st or 2nd block) and was wondering if you can share any info on the current prices?
