How many floors are allowed to be constructed on a 30*40 plot in Bangalore & how many houses are allowed on each floor.
Can we construct 2 Single bedroom houses on each floor ?

Stilt+Ground+2flors are allowed generally.
if you don't want to violate the rule then you should not build 2 single BHKs for floor.
total you will get 4 kitchen (that means 4 single or 4 two BHKs only).
