BCC Layout suggestions please

Hello,

I am looking for 30X40 site in BCC layout (Kanakapura Road, near KSIT). Any of you have bought site there recently? What is the current price there?
Do you have any agent contact in that lay out? ( we do not see much information in online. - magicBrick, commonfloor etc)

Can you please share information on these. It will help me a lot.

there are 2 layouts BCMC and BCCHS. so, make a survey of the area and decide which part of the big layout is suitable for you.
BCMC - 5000
BCCHS - depends on location. varies from 3000 to 5000

I too am interested in BCC Layout. But there is some court cases going on. Heard recently supreme court decision came in favor of Land Owners.
Better do thorough investigation before proceeding.

Now after note ban by Modi prices have comedown. This is true for all real estate. There are no buyers now. So agents started calling buyers quoting some old reference. This shows how worst is the situation of real estate now. It is good for buyers and buy only for guided value.
There is proposal to curb black money and property frauds. Benamy property holders are in big trouble now, who contribute 90% in the real estate
Better wait until the Policy come into picture regarding properties.market.

Yes, you can ask your price too ! if the owner is interested, then he/she would agree.

I agree, but to get direct contact of real owner is difficult. Most of the time it is brokers. Brokers stick to their price or even hike it to get more commission. They are least bothered about owner or buyer. They want to sell it higher rate at any cost. Since they are not the real owner or buyer he does not loose anything. He always get profit without investing any money.

I am also looking sites at BCC layout. when we go through Agents simply hiking Rs 800 to 1000 while selling.

Need to be careful.
