As you all know we started receiving allotment letter and there is no staggered payment and no other benefit to us…so we are planning to meet commissioner to discuss our issues and concerns..i will publish date once we get appointment…please gather at BDA office…

Please find today’s meeting MOM and Decisions....

1) Formation of "NadaPrabhu Kempegowda Layout resident welfare association"...

2) Legal opinion will be taken in 1 or 2 days and required formalities will be completed within next Sunday...

3) Association temporary office, Bank account and members rules & regulations will be created soon....

4) Following members elected to lead group for forming welfare association....

5) By next weekend association will be formed….

6) Once association formed team of members will prepare list of concerns list and will be visiting BDA commissioner office to discuss further on following items......

Mr Vedaprakash will prepare draft copy of list of items to be included…..

a) Staggered payment or development wise payment

b) Removal of lease period

c) Speedy development

d) Layout complete plan (Park, Road, Storm water drain, Water treatment plan and about other basic amenities)

e) Real estate bill implementation

f) Garbage disposal plant

g) Plot number allocation concern

Draft copy of memorandum will be shared soon to all members…... Once final copy ready we will discuss and take all members signature which needs to be submitted to BDA...

7) We decided to submit our request before they start printing allotment letter...

8) Dedicated website will be developed and given access to only association members....

9) We will try to reach all the allotted members to enrol society

10) All cost related to formation of society and other charges will be distributed to all member’s…

11) All members to be active participant in all meetings and further process…

We are happy to announce,NKGL welfare association met BDA chairman today and we given requestion on behalf of all allottees to BDA chairman,Mr,Suresh Kumar(MLA Rajajinagar,Ex-Law minister) lead our committee members...we will hear some good news in some day....

Our association meeting is scheduled on sunday(8/01/17) at BU campus food court,Janabharathi at 8 AM IST. We will be discussing the points we discussed with chairman and we will also in touch with banks for group loan facility for our allottess.Please attend meeting and make use of bank facility.

Points we discussed with BDA chairman....

1) Plot rate reduction
2) Staggered Payment for rest of the Amount for all allottees.
3) BDA needs to execute sale deed instead of “Lease cum Sale Deed”
4) Litigation free Layout, Blocks and Sites
5) Amenities and facilities of layout
6) Sigehalli waste treatment plant issue
7) Sample Case Study: litigation site allotted to allotees

Mr Suresh Kumar written letter to CM,Bengaluru Development Minister Mr, geroge, BDA Chairman Mr,Venkatesh and BDA commissioner today and he said he will he will follow up on this…. Letter is with association both whatsapp and telgram groups…

Following points he covered….

Finding it difficult to attend meetings at early Sunday Morning. Would be fine after 10 am. I am eager to join the association. If member ship form is made available over website we can register with necessary formalities as required.

We scheduled meeting at 8 only because traffic will be less,we can visit layout after meeting or we can join family early....While registration to association member need to fill details in ledger too so not yet started with online registration...in future we will try to do our level best to enroll online.
