Can you please help me finalise the attached plans with your inputs.
Site dimention 50 x50 east facing
GF - 2BHK House with 5 car park
FF - 2 nos 2 bhk house for rental
sf - 1 Main duplex house
tf half main duplex house + one rental house.
Need inputs as how best we can improvise on this plan.

Comment on the stilt Parking.
By keeping the car parking upfront, can't you save the space in the drive way?
Each cars would need 16'(D)X9' (W). 9X5 = 45' space required. 5' for the bike to enter or space to walk and building can be kept at the back.
Cars are easily accessible with this approach.
Only caveat, you need to keep few gates at the entrance.

Thanks Vishnu am still looking at this option. When we do this the plan on the first floor takes a hit and similarly on the top floors. I have asked them to rework and come back with an alternate.
