G+2 Plan review

Dear All ,

I was able to to put basic design on paper with the help , can you please let me know is this Design good /bed or need some corrections .

west side main road and main door north direction

i am planning build G+2 for rental purpose , your opinion will help to further improve the design .

Hello Mr. Ravi,
The floor plan looks very good for rental purpose. In the GF, I feel it will be better if you give bathroom gate directly from the the bedroom. Also do ut a thought over making 2 1 BHK's in one floor. Definitely it will provide more rental income, but it will only be useful for an individual or at max 2 bachelors. So if your area suits this properly, then go for it. If you want your property to be managed properly, I would probably go for a 2 BHK.
