I am constructing new house. Currently it is in the lindel stage.

I would like to know what are the green building concepts can be implemented in my current projects.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

1.Sewage treatment
2.waste water recycling , water usage monitoring
3.Solar
4.Energy efficient Appliances [Led lights , BLDC fans , inverter AC]
5.Proper insulation of Air conditioned rooms [thermal curtains, false ceilings, sealed doors and windows ]
6.Natural light and ventilation

Rain water harvesting from the terrace. You can install a high quality filter before the water reaches the sump.
Avoid LED lights for reading purpose as they are not suitable.
