M-sand price in Bangalore

Please let me know, what would be price for M - sand in Bangalore ?
Also, if you could give prices of River sand and Robo sand, it would be great helpful for me.
I am constructing a building with G+3 , 15 units in 6000 sft land for letting out.

Robo sand purchased one week back Rs800/tonne inclusive of taxes
Trichy sand Rs125/cft purchased one month back

Around 22cft/tonne, it works out to Rs35/cft.
Don't worry about using robo sand, I used it for roof concrete (Acc RMC), wall construction.

But is the proportion of Msand , jelly and cement proved scientifically to be similar to that of Rsand ? The reason for asking is because the dumb masons and labourars are used to be doing the same Mix to that of Rsand for half a century.

IF there is a change in the Mix then someone needs to hold the stick until the next generation of masons and labourars.

Hi Prashant,

Ongoing M Sand price in Bangalore North would be Per ton 750 ~ 850 Rupees.
In the Benz truck (10 Wheel) the quantity would be 30 ~ 31 Tons & Tata Truck (10 Wheel) would be 27 ~28 Tons

Always get the M Sand from reputed one and from Factory Crushers only.
