Re: What next for allotees of KG Layout.
Dear All,
Today All Executive Engineers(EE) are sending the final List of available sites along with Block numbers and Site numbers.
EE's have prepared two site List. One is for Former and another one is for allotees.
These two List will first needs to get approved in the committee meeting. And then They will allocate to both former and allotees. This may take another two to three weeks. End of Sep moth Final List would be announced without Site and Block number. Second/Third week of Oct all final list public will get allotment letter with site and block number.
Registration of Site: It is free of cost for former and for allotees the charges are applicable according to the normal registration charges.
This delay of allotment happened because of following Reasons:
Raj Kalve: there are three types of Raj Kaluve In KG Layout. They are primary , Secondary and last one is small one based on the width of Kaluve. For Primary Kalve BDA had giving 35 meter (100 Feets nearly) place on both side of Raj Kalve. Similarly 25 meter and 15 meters respectively for secondary and last small Kaluve.
Sites Deleted: Because of Rajkaluve issues happened last month in Bangalore: BDA got up and followed the above mentioned formula for all different size of Kaluve. Because of this all sites and roads near by these Kaluve got reformed (Old formation was different). Now number of sites got reduced because of these free land kept for garden on both side of the All different size of Kaluve.
And also one more important news: Sites are distributing in all blocks like 2, 3,4 5,12, 9 etc (Except block 1,8,6).
Regards,
Hiremath

Re: What next for allotees of KG Layout.
Thanks a lot for the update Hiremath. That's great news, and as always we got it through you. Appreciate your effort and interest in posting it here.
Also, I have one query, are we supposed to pay the amount within 3 months of announcing the final list or 3 months of getting of allotment letter/site and block number ?
Regards,
Sajan

Re: What next for allotees of KG Layout.
Thanks so much for the update Mr Hiremath.
I also have similar questions-
1. As the site is not with subsidized rates, can BDA accept for staggered payment based on the development of the layout. I had written a mail to BDA commissioner (which I had shared earlier on this board) and there was no reply so far from BDA. If this happens, BDA will take the development work seriously and will complete the development within the committed period (may be 2-3 years time)
2. Whether BDA will relax the lockin period of 10 years for a resale to 5 years?
I also request all the allotees to write a similar letter to BDA before they announce the 3 months period for the registration of the site.

Re: What next for allotees of KG Layout.
Dear All,
As per the news and eyewitness the situation at BDA office, all EAST facing sites are allocated to Former (some of the former are brokers). Only left out is very few sites with WEST and other faces. I have seen the former marking in the map (Seen the maps with site numbers in their mobiles: Soft copies). All most all former and brokers are having the map with site numbers (Soft copies). 2200 sites are distributed to former. 5000 list had been sent to main BDA office (Separating corner and middle sites).
These 5000 sites number and final list of allotees are input to one software and this software automatically distributes the site numbers with block. This process may be done in the first or second week of October.
BDA is not applying this auto selection for former. Because they (Former) are preferring the sites in their respective lands only.
Depending on the luck we will get the respective block and site number. In first cut BDA is allocating in 2,3,4,5,7,9 blocks. 1,8,10,11 and 12 blocks are not ready. Every block is consists of number of sectors like A, B.....N. Each sector is having around 50 to 200 sites. Maximum sites are available in 3,4,5,7. Very few sites had been developed in 2nd block.
Wish you good luck.

Hiremath

Re: What next for allotees of KG Layout.
Dear Friends,
All Blocks are equally good. 5th block is very close to Mysore road and 9th and 2nd block are very close to Magadi road.
2nd and 9th blocks are just 14 to 15KMs to Mejestic. 3,4,5 are 17 to 19 KMS from Mejestic.
Peripheral Ring road (PRR) is passed through in all Blocks. One more thing KIDBA is coming up with 800 to 900 Acres after the 3rd block attach to Sulikere.
5th block is newly formed so looks like very good. When I saw formation of 4th 3rd and 7th and 9th blocks all were looks to same and very good during the beginning of formation. Because of rain and time the land is developed with grass.

Hiremath

Hi Hiremath Sir,
Its amazing seeing the development (Offcourse, concerns on corner sites and east facing sites) !!!
But can you elaborate what is the meaning of this statement "One more thing KIDBA is coming up with 800 to 900 Acres after the 3rd block attach to Sulikere."???
Is it an Industrial body?

Bharath
