What next for allotees of KG Layout.

Dear All,

In generally KG layout is developing very beautifully and lot of investment BDA is doing.

Main advantage of KG layout is location and land that BDA acquired is very plain and good.

All Blocks are coming fine.

Each Block got 600 to 800 Acres of land with continuous serve number.

Overall development is going very fast (Feb 2016 they have started and in between they have stopped for two month because of rain. Now they are resuming the work. In another 6 month we can see lot of progress.

Now BDA has found itself in another issue. Check this article from TOI

So this means that if anybody has any kind of property in Bangalore(site, house or flat) not only allotted by the city development boards(BDA,KHB) but also bought personally will not be eligible for allotment.

Earlier, in their advertisement they had mentioned that only those who have already been allotted any property by city development boards are not eligible.

Is there anyone who have their own property in Bangalore(site,house or flat) and have been allotted site in KG layout ? I am one of them. Don't know what effect will this issue bring in future.

Dear All,

Don't get panic.

The protocol/rule is if you have site from any govt development body (BDA,BMRDA,BIAPPA,KHB..etc) directly allocated in the subsidiary rate are not eligible for getting the site. If you have purchased site in revenue or in the BDA/KHB... layout itself with market rate (Second sale or auction ..) then it is not considered. Any allotment directly from the any housing authority are not eligible. But if you purchased with market price then it is not an issue.

Note: Please do not post this kind of news. This will effect and spread like virus.

Please follow "Wait and watch" rule.

Hi hiremath,

My intention was to not panic others, but just to make them aware what's currently going on between media and BDA. After all, we have to be neutral and see both the pro and cons of what's going on. Also, much of it is evident in the TOI article I shared. And for me it doesn't look like a fake article(although I hope it is)
