Is any source to see the map of Raja Kaluve?
Is any source to see the map of Raja Kaluve?
Recent demolition make everybody scary... How did we confirm our house doesn"t fall under Raja Kaluve ? .. Any map in the internet where we can use ?
Re: Is any source to see the map of Raja Kaluve?
You can try http://clearvalue.in or http://www.bdabangalore.org/brochure.pdf
But it might not be exact , better get it from some BDA /BBMP master plan -CDP 2015/2025
I think even karnataka government doesn't have an accurate answer for your question!!
The reason behind is all these people are the actual culprit of the encroachments.

all lake bed areas notified in website , however rajakaluve details are given in BDA CDP also but each area details through survey map only will give idea.many plan making agency(private planners) will have soft copy of most villages survey data with them.

Currently BBMP has released the details at a very high level( Zone wise). In the coming days, BBMP has planned to release the details at ward level and using the GIS Data you can even look at the individual property level. BBMP has assured, they release the ward level details by next week. Wait & Watch.
Those who wants to check the details with respect to their property, they can apply for the Map & Encroachment details from BBMP through RTI and can validate themselves.

HI,
can anyone tell me are they demolishing the building which are there in buffer zone also? or only the buildings which are on top of SWD?
if they demolish buidings on buffer zone too then it will be a width of 157 feet.

I think even buffer zone demolition drive is going to start soon.
As per today's newspaper report, BBMP has demolished some of the areas encroached
by the Puravankara Builders for their Purva Skydale Apartment Project adjacent to haralur lake.
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city ... 732471.cms
But Info is not clear, whether its for Encroachment of the Lake Buffer Zone or the SWD area.

Re: Is any source to see the map of Raja Kaluve?
Thanks for the info msn.
i saw that news, i think since it was under construction they applied the buffer zone rule and demolished and this is case of lake.
but the houses which are already constructed in buffer zone many years back they are not touching it i believe.
because wherever they demolish i heard it will be 30ft or max 40 ft wide i guess where rajakaluve itself has been closed completely.
if they demolish buffer zone too then it will be a 150 feet wide from the centre of already demolished area.
no idea whats there plan.
Please let me know if any info on the width of demolition drive happening in all the area.

You can refer to the following link to download and verify the revenue maps that BBMP themselves are using for demolition
http://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/service3/
You will get two kinds of information here: one is a revenue map in pdf format and another is a google earth KMZ file.
Moreover, you should also look into the existing encroachment list published by BBMP here to see if your survey number is listed:
http://164.100.133.91/rajkalve/
You need to be aware of the hobli and the village your particular property falls in.
There is also one more site Zippserv which offers the encroachment check services online for free. This is very useful as you
do not need to know your hobli, village name etc.
