I am planning to buy site near Kodipalya Near kengeri (This place is 2.5 Km from Krishnapriya Choultry) any one know about the price please let me know,

Price in this area generally Rs.1500/-sft to Rs.2500/-sft depending upon layoout & proprety docx.

D.C conversion sites are less than Rs.2000/- per sqft and revenue sites is around Rs. 700/- sqft but brokers are playing game in this area

Could you please anyone let me know what is the current price running in the Annapurneshwari layout kodipalya Kengeri? I am planing to invest in that layout.
Any idea is upcoming proposed 100ft road in that area?
In that area, all the peoples are saying Survey is done recently it will happen in future.

Any information and suggestions would be appreciated
