Phase II (They are going to hike next time if they call another 5000 sites.

Yes, they are going to call in the month of Oct/Nov 2016 for another 5000 sites.

I have visited the layout the formation of layout is in progress in verious part of the layout.

The phase 1 of the layout is near KNS Unnati, in Sulikere. Am I correct?
Is 50X80 site also in the same area?

Mr. Prakash,

All dimension sites are scattered across all blocks. There is no specific block relation to specific dimensions.

All Blocks are having more than 1000 Sites.

in case if you are aware any checklist which we need to validate before we plan to buy from land ower share BDA plot or is it same as a BDA plot like

Mother Deed
Tittle DEED
EC
Allotment letter
Possession letter
Khata

Land owner share Site is allotted by BDA to the erstwhile Land owners in return for their Land surrendered to BDA.
Consider it as a re-sale plot and Documents will be same as BDA site.

Thanks a lot for quick feedback .
what i understand from lawyer is even thought its allotted by BDA to land owner , all the family member can go to court for share and put a case .
as a supporting document they asked for RTC and family Tree of land owner .
