Owners of 5th Block SMVL Layout

Dear Members,

Is there an association formed by 5th Block Owners of SML layout? Does anyone have site in Survey no 159/1. Between 100 feet road dividing 5th block and 6th block and 5th Block Park. The approach road is blocked and someone has written as High Court Case. Any one has any idea on this?
