ultra tech or ACC concrete plus is best

Guys,

Currently, i am buying Ultra tech cement. People are offering ACC cement for the same ultra tech price.

Can anyone tell me which one will be the best in quality wise ?

Hi,

I would prefer to go for ACC Concrete Plus compared to Ultratech and both the Price as same.

Ultratech is famous in Bangalore is due to availability across all dealers. But ACC is best among all.

Some points to check the Quality of Cement
1) Check Manufactured date of Cement while you purchase (It should not cross more than 2-3 Months)
2) Check by putting a cement in bucket of water, If it floats for some time before sinking it is really good (Usually Ultratech, Birla & ACC will Pass this test)
3) If your Site Soil is moist in nature, then Go for ACC only (53 Grade)
4) Use 53 Grade for all Pillars, Plinth beam, Slab, Roof and 43 Grade for Plastering Purpose
5) Check at Dealer location the Cement bags placement - There should not be much space left between cement bags & placement should be very close means air tight. adopt same at your place as well

Acc concrete plus is a ppc cement. Acc 53 is opc .
