This is my experience with this builder.

I spoke to Praveen and visited his site personally after seeing his post. I understand that nothing was builder fault. I went with this builder after seeing the pictures posted here and gave my house construction project. My site is in outer ring road near Mahadevapura. He is very flexible and I never had any problem with this builder. He never asked any extra money due to price jump or any advance amount. My house structural part G+3 was over. He took care of floor plan, electrical drawings, and structural plan and executed the work after my approval. He does all design except structural. He makes 4 to 5 visits in a week and for all concrete(RCC) work he presented in the site from the beginning to end. Mason gang I got from him was simply superb. Main mason was very experienced and he takes labor contract also.

I strongly recommend this builder and Mason. I appreciate Praveen for referring this builder.

1.Preferable to go for 12 mm or 10 mm jelly instead of 20mm jelly. It reaches all corners easily without getting blocked.
2. Vibrator should be used, but not be over used.
3. Proper mixing of concrete is necessary with correct ratio of 2 ( cement) : 3 ( sand): 6 (jelly)
4. Little more water recommended ( not excess) during hot climate.
5. Please make sure that the column boxes are not bent.

You can apply thick paste of cement to cover these exposed concrete exposures.
