Could any one provide me feedback for Green Glen Layout at Belandur and Subh Enclave behind Springfield at Sarjapur Road ?
Like legal status, is registration going on as of now, is construction plan sanctioned for same and so forth.

As far as I heard about this layout it is good in all terms. It is approved by BBMP and most of the sites have a bbmp khata. But ask for same before you proceed.
Because of too many apartment complexes in the area there is problem with water scarcity but you can buy water from tankers in the area. There are so many suppliers around. There is also some problem with the bad air from the belandur lake which is very dirty and so many people in the area are getting sick. But get a legal advice from a reputed lawyer in the area. Cost/sqft is around 3000-3200.

u hardly find plots in Green Glen Layout, plenty of appartments have mashroomed here and u will certainly have water crisis.
