if so, can i approach BDA office to pay tax?

how to pay the tax without challan is my question,,

You can visit your BDA Office with old receipt etc. for reference and request for challan. He will print and give you the challan set. You can avoid lunch time etc. for your visit to minimise your waiting time. You can pay tax at the nearest designated Bank.
Further you can give a request letter to change your address.
If anybody knows the procedure to pay online, please give.
