Need review 30*40 West Facing Plan

Hi Friends,

I am planning to construct G+2 in my West Facing Site near Kudlu(Sai Meadows). Can you please review attached plan and let me know your suggestions.

Plan looks fine , but car parking length seems to be slightly less. It has to be around 14 ft for comfortable parking of all sizes of cars except Innova / XUV. Please see if you can increase car parking size a little bit. right now you can only park maximum of i20.
