Apartments in Suraj Ganga Socrates

Hi,
I am planning to buy an apartment in Suraj Ganga Socrates. Is anybody having any experiences or findings to share that I need to consider before buying. I am interested in 3bhk flat.

I had a look at this project on Kankapura road. Construction seems to be good. The only drawback was for the amount being quoted one should be able to get a flat with reputed builders. One main thing noticed was the factory behind this project. Sales rep says it is not operational. Better to look into this and finalize.
