Nobel Residency Plot No 341 and 339 is divided into sub plot

Hi All,

In Nobel Residency there are Plot number 341, 339, 328 are further sub divided into sites 341/1, 341/2.. 341/27 and for 328/1, 328/2... 328/12.

So what is the basis for converting these larger sites 341, 339 and 329 into sub sites. In plan document these sub sites are hand written and how do I verify the legality of these sub sites?

Is it possible to get EC on larger site number 341, 339 and 328?
